The Nutcracker Experience at Richey Suncoast Theatre, November 29
The Nutcracker Experience, Sunday, November 29, 2026 at Richey Suncoast Theatre Tickets are on sale now. Reserve your seats today.
The holidays are coming to Grand Boulevard. On Sunday, November 29, the Richey Suncoast Theatre stage becomes a winter wonderland for The Nutcracker Experience, a community theatre ballet fundraiser that closes out Thanksgiving weekend in Downtown New Port Richey with dancing, holiday music and a very special guest from the North Pole.
A Holiday Classic, Danced by Our Neighbors
Talented members of our own community will share their love of this popular Christmas tale. The "Mini Nut" cast brings favorite excerpts from The Nutcracker to the stage in a one-afternoon-only performance built for families, first-timers and lifelong fans of the ballet alike.
Every ticket supports the theatre. As Richey Suncoast Theatre celebrates its 100th year, there is something fitting about a holiday ballet performed by local dancers on a stage that has anchored Grand Boulevard for a century.
Meet the Cast, and Santa
The magic begins at 1:15 PM, when doors open 45 minutes before the 2:00 PM performance. Along with the dancing, the afternoon includes a meet and greet with the cast and Santa himself, so bring your camera and your best holiday smile. It is the kind of memory kids talk about all season.
Make It a Holiday Weekend Downtown
Start the weekend with the free Polar Express Experience on Friday, November 27, catch the Kick the Bucket List Comedy Show on Saturday, November 28, and wrap it all up with The Nutcracker Experience on Sunday. In between, explore the shops and restaurants of Downtown New Port Richey, and check New Port Richey Main Street for more happening around town.
