One day, two bands, two shows. On Saturday, January 23, Richey Suncoast Theatre turns the volume all the way up with Absolute Bon Jovi and special guest Absolute Def Leppard, a double bill made for anyone who ever sang "Livin' on a Prayer" into a hairbrush or threw a fist in the air for "Pour Some Sugar on Me." Both bands return to Grand Boulevard after rocking the house in January 2026, and this time there are two chances to catch them: a 5 PM show and an 8 PM show.
Absolute Bon Jovi
Absolute Bon Jovi is a premier production of Absolute Bands, LLC, billed as the most authentic Bon Jovi live show you will ever experience. Think big choruses, soaring guitar solos and the Jersey swagger that turned Bon Jovi into the soundtrack of a generation, with a catalog that runs from "You Give Love a Bad Name" and "Wanted Dead or Alive" to "It's My Life" and, of course, "Livin' on a Prayer."
Special Guest: Absolute Def Leppard
Joining them is Absolute Def Leppard, a nationally touring tribute that recreates a full Def Leppard concert. The band spent more than 1,000 hours in the studio rebuilding the layered vocal harmonies that made Pyromania and Hysteria two of the biggest rock albums ever made, so the sound lands as close to the original records as possible, performed live. Expect favorites like "Photograph," "Rock of Ages," "Love Bites," "Hysteria" and "Pour Some Sugar on Me."
Why You Don't Want to Miss It
One ticket, two tributes: Absolute Bon Jovi headlines both shows with special guest Absolute Def Leppard.
Pick your time: Choose the 5 PM show for an early evening out or the 8 PM show for a full Saturday night.
Sing-along guaranteed: Arena-size anthems from two of the biggest rock bands of the 1980s.
Bring the crew: Round up your friends, dust off the denim and make it a reunion.
