Two of the most powerful voices in music share one stage this February. The Adele & Tina Turner Tribute returns to Richey Suncoast Theatre on Saturday, February 6, pairing Andrea Tyler as Adele with Kitei as Tina Turner for a show that moves from goosebump ballads to full-throttle rock and soul.
Andrea Tyler as Adele
Andrea Tyler comes from a family of singers, and her voice has taken her a long way. A singer, songwriter and studio vocalist, she has performed backup and live shows for artists including Dolly Parton, Elton John and Barry Manilow, and has worked with brands like Disney, Universal Studios and NASCAR. Her Adele tribute started when a friend encouraged her to try it, and it took off: she has won major awards at the Sunburst Convention of Celebrity Impersonators and has voiced Adele for radio stations in more than 13 countries. Today she performs in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, and travels to share her Adele show with audiences around the world.
Kitei as Tina Turner
Orlando's Kitei brings The Queen of Rock: A Tina Turner Tribute to the stage with all the power, passion and energy that title promises. She has spent more than 20 years performing for theater audiences across Central Florida, and her high-energy, rock-focused show comes complete with costume changes and the kind of stage presence that made Tina Turner a legend. If you have ever wanted to hear "Proud Mary" done nice and rough, this is your show.
