Our young performers don't just take the stage. They help decide what goes on it.
What It Is
Kids who know what kids want to see.
The Young Artist Committee is a group of RST students who meet each month to nominate and plan the shows they most want to bring to our stage.
They research the titles. They build the budgets. They make the case for why this show. Then they present it to our Creative Director, Jess Glass.
They're learning what it takes to run a theatre — not just perform in one.

A Production by Kids, for Everyone
Heroes, monsters, and one VERY angry Zeus — The Lightning Thief hits the RST stage this July!
