Let's do the Time Warp again. The Rocky Horror Picture Show returns to Richey Suncoast Theatre this October for six performances with a full live shadow cast, outrageous costumes and all the chaotic energy you crave. Directed by Jess Glass.
A Cult Classic, Live on Grand Boulevard
When sweethearts Brad and Janet stumble into the bizarre world of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, their night takes a turn into glitter, fishnets and forbidden thrills. Rock anthems, wild characters and one very muscular creation named Rocky. While the film plays, our shadow cast performs every scene live in front of the screen.
First Time? Don't Worry, Darling.
Whether you're a Rocky Horror virgin or a seasoned creature of the night, everyone 18 and over is welcome to join the madness. Most tickets include a prop bag, so you're ready to shout, throw and dance along with the crowd.
Costume Contest Before Every Show
Costumes are highly encouraged. There's a costume contest before each screening with fabulous prizes for the boldest looks, so break out the corsets, gold shorts and sequins.
A Halloween Tradition in a Historic Theatre
As Richey Suncoast Theatre celebrates its 100th year, there's something special about doing the Time Warp inside a theatre that has been entertaining New Port Richey since 1926. Make it a night out: grab dinner downtown on Grand Boulevard, then walk over to the show.
